26 years at 7 Towns!

After an extraordinary 26 years with Seven Towns, Steve will be leaving the business to pursue new ventures.

Steve’s contribution to the company has been significant in both breadth and depth. Over more than two decades, he applied his product development expertise across a wide range of projects and brands, helping to design and productionise many of Seven Towns’ most successful creations.

His work spanned well-known lines such as Weebles, Madleman, Flex Power Heroes, Pop the Pig and Splashy the Whale, and in recent years he played a key role in the design and development of Stuffaloons and the Dr Squish Squishy Maker, products that have enjoyed strong success with our partners at BOTI Global Ltd.

Steve also devoted many years to the Rubik’s brand, where his engineering expertise made a lasting impact. He was instrumental in developing the first tiled Rubik’s Cube and worked closely with manufacturing partners in China to re-engineer the products for the implementation of a fully automated production line. He also contributed to the creation of a number of toy and game concepts, many of which have been successfully licensed, including Scare Crow Game, Miss Kipik, Thomas Round the Rails, Disney Fairies, Triple Cross, Mega Construction and Zoobles Magic Mansion Playset.

Across his time with the business, Steve has been a valued colleague and an important contributor to the team. His experience and technical knowledge will be greatly missed.
